Luna Gallery is a forerunner in Australian Sustainable Knitwear.
The relationships we have with our knitters shape who we are + how we craft our products. We work with family run knit factories – 3rd generation
– using Japanese Shima Seiki + German Stoll machinery.
Luna creates wholegarment® jumpers & cardigans – totally seamless – knitted in one piece. We love sculpting our knits this way – designing directional shapes with zero waste.
Texture, shape & feel, are our key elements for a great jumper or beautiful blanket.
We merge artisanal know-how with the latest technology, producing ‘our version’ of
a long-lasting timeless knit.
We hope you love them ‘and live in them’ as much as we do.
To keep our production in Australia, we have invested in our own machines.
Our favourites are FLO – for seamless garments, + Max the 4 gauge – he makes our chunkier knits.
