A three-storey, two-bedroom Sphinx-like building named after one of Australia’s leading architects, Sir Roy Grounds.
Designed in 2008 by Nonda Katsalidis in association with the Antarctica Group.

A two bedroom configuration named after American architect, Walter Burley Griffin.

Charles Pavilion
A two bedroom configuration named after ‘Heide’ circle artist, Charles Blackman. This pavilion features his painting, ‘Cat on the Roof’ (1951).
Designed in 2001 by Architects Designhaus (Crawford, Padas and Sherman).
Reburbished in 2008 by Nonda Katsalidis in association with the Antarctica Group.
